Yep, both poles are increasing in sea ice, compared to the norm, at a fast rate.
No media hype about the S.H. Scientists admit they do not know why and they all get a pass.
Although, I have had my own models, (very simple) in terms of world ocean/atmosphere convection and a little saline/ fresh water considerations.
Sea ice and more so sea level are the two physical characteristics which I have to personally put to rest regarding any possibility of a minute amount of AGW in my own mind.
Your models are probably as advanced as tools like Mann/Jones…. I picture some bearded professor struggling to figure out how to pump all this bogus data into Excel then make a chart…. Lame…
Also the more advanced the Algortithm… The more assumptions that went into it… The more inaccurate it will be if those assumptions don’t match reality or something is missing… Ie: all these CO2 models which ignore changes in the Sun and are weighted towards CO2 as the warming driver,….

Didn’t it all melt this year or last year? Nobel laureates predicted the melting of global sea ice by now.
It must be all that melting sea ice that is causing the freezing temperatures all across the U.S.. I hear that Denver is going to be seeing temperatures lower than they have seen in several years.
So to reverse the ice polarity, we could blowtorch Colorado to rebuild the Arctic Sea Ice?! Hmmm. Sacrificing Colorado to save a polar bear and a few seals. I say we do it! There might be some collateral damage but you can’t make an omelette without breaking eggs. 😀
The Hockey Team won’t even step on the ice … Nobody will ask or question them on how we have ALL THIS INCREASING ICE…. record levels… In the midst of their dire predictions of massive ice melts at the Poles… Failed predictions….
Suddenly they acknowledge cycles and weather… Use that as an excuse… Yet double down on these Alarmist Claims with even more confidence…

News and events which counter AGW Theory are just ignored … Instead of Headlining the Polar Ice they focus on the Typhoon, wildfires, Colorado Floods, and droughts in the desert… Anything which can instill FEAR in people and bolster their claims… Had the Ice Caps decreased from 2012 levels .. Guarantee it would be in the news…
We still might have global warming this winter…..The arctic froze so fast that the ice is still warm…
I smell an algorithm update coming. Just as the extent becomes inconvenient, voila’! Nature trick!
But fear not, as there is a new cause of melting ice. It is called New Ice. New Ice causes diminishing ice. It’s quite logical, really. When water changes state to ice, heat is liberated. This heat is burnin’ up the planet, baby!
That explains where all the “missing heat” can be found. 😀

Meanwhile, in the real world, ice extent is up, temperatures are flat or falling, rainfall is average, hurricanes and cyclones are less frequent, little drought exists, and sea levels are catastrophically flat! What a bunch of muppets.
