Over the last 60 days, 80% of the US has been below normal temperatures, with record cold in the forecast. What do we hear from the press about this? Nothing.
They are afraid of encouraging global warming skeptics, if they print any actual facts. So they stick with mindless speculation about the future – coming from the slimiest people on Earth.
While not the coldest in my lifetime, this fall has been one of the coldest. And we are expecting measurable snow today. Not a common occurrence in this area. Especially after a measurable ice accumulation just 2 days ago.
No worries, algorithms will be changed, data cooked, lies expanded, ad hominems improved and corruption deepened. Anything to keep the cult of tax $ and fraud in business.
We almost never see snow where I live now, in north-central Tennessee, much less any significant snow on the ground–but we got an inch of it last night, when my back was turned of course (that’s the way it seems to happen around here; if you look for it, it never comes).
As for the fraud, both political and scientific–the system is broken, and those in power are determined to create the reality they want for themselves, no matter how much it hurts the people or the nation, or the world. It’s insane, as I have been saying continually for several years now.

I don’t know about where you live, but here in Oregon it’s record cold, and yesterday the planes were dumping tons of sunshine dipping aluminum in our skies. Made me furious.

You have it wrong. The media is not silent it is continuing the discussion of climate change. The mayor of Boulder is quoted in the article.

What climate change? The same that happens quasi-periodically due, mainly, to oscillations in ocean temperatures and solar forcing?
I’d not call it “change” as it keeps essentially repeating itself, again and again.

Are you living in a cave? Every news lead for the past two weeks has been about the early cold snap enveloping the entire country. Although 60 days is a long time, I wouldn’t use that time period as proof that global temperatures – over the long run (global warming) is reversed? I could pick any 60 day period and it doesn’t prove a trend.
Try global temperatures in the last 17 years, or Antarctic continent ice anomalies in the last 30 years, or the SH oceans in the last 2 decades, etc.
You’ll see a very well defined trend.
They don’t talk about it in the context of Global Warming… That’s the difference… Whereas Katrina, the PI Typhoon, Colorado floods, CA wildfires… And most all other recent natural disasters or big weather events were discussed as being part of Global Warming, human caused..
who are you going to believe? the 77 PAID scientists who SKEWED the global warming poll and LIED about it, or your lying eyes?
