Columbia University Professor In 1976 : Global Cooling To Continue For 20,000 Years – Continents To Get Covered With Ice

Earth Observatory way off campus. Columbia, in name only. Chemistry, engineering and physics are now skywalk linked on the main campus, as they should be, as they were by sidewalk pounding during the Manhattan project.
There is far more evidence for 20,000 years of cooling than warming. We’re already in year 10,000 of it.

Hays is still at Columbia, apparently:

I remember this when I was a kid they were showing the ice pushing south into the upper usa and all that jazz one guy even said it would be that way by the year 2000 well it has come and went. I dont believe an ice age will ever happen but I do believe we will warm up in the near future but not because of co2 or burning gases and the like. but through a different action we have no control over.
