President Obama says that “climate change is already happening.”
Experts say that the only change in energy balance they can detect in recent years is an undetectable increase in deep ocean temperatures.
So we can presume that Barack Obama believes his fake scientists, and was discussing climate change at the bottom of the sea.

Yeah Right, it somehow snuck by when CO2 wavelengths (IR) do not penetrate beyond a few scant millimeters and even EUV from the sun only penetrates ~100 meters. Graph.
On top of that the Ocean Thermohaline Circulation overturn is ~600-800 years. …the thermohaline circulation turns over all the deep water in the ocean every 600 years or so. That means the water deep in the ocean is COLD from the little ice age not warm. The surface water would be warm from the Medieval Warm period.
