Latest From NOAA’s Hottest Year Ever

It became obvious (based on the latest propaganda) about two months ago that NOAA had made a decision to try to make 2014 the hottest year ever. This is in direct contradiction to much more accurate satellite data, which which shows 2014 as an ordinary year and continuing a decline since 1998.

NOAA no longer acknowledges the existence of satellite data in their press releases.

    Can anyone tell me what NOAA is basing this on then? In the U.S. Climate Reference Network (USCRN) it shows a cooling so where is the data actually coming from if not satellite?
