A few months ago, NASA, NOAA and a few other of their partners in global warming fraud suddenly started jacking up global temperatures and making pronouncements that 2014 is the hottest year ever.
This is complete nonsense, as more accurate satellite data shows 2014 close to the median since 1979. So I wasn’t surprised to see the McCarthy style attacks begin on John Christy, as the climategate criminals latest need is to discredit satellite temperatures.

Is the House of Representatives holding hearings on this issue? Unlike DOJ, EPA, and IRS, there appear be a few honest people at NASA who might tell the truth if subpoenaed to testify. After all, 50 former and current employees signed an open letter complaining about the fraud. As I recall, a NASA satellite “made a mistake” a couple of years ago, and calculated Arctic sea ice coverage 25% high. (BTW, how does a satellite make a mistake? Low IQ artificial intelligence?) Some honest human must have ratted it out. Public opinion polls show AGW skeptics increasingly growing in number. May no longer be politically unwise to question the warming religion.
It will be difficult to get anyone to testify now. I personally knew winners of the Nobel Prize and the Crafoord Prize that received awards, recognition, and large grants for promoting false claims that our Sun is a ball of hydrogen powered by H-fusion.
In fact, all ordinary stars generate hydrogen by neutron-emission and neutron-decay, and then discard this by-product of the solar engine like the Sun does, in the solar wind.
Any Institution that puts known radical activist in charge of collecting, evaluationg, and presenting sensitive data like this has no credibility.
