With The World Focused Elsewhere, Obama Desperately Tries To Draw Attention To Himself

‘I,’ ‘Me,’ ‘My’—Obama Uses First Person Singular 199 Times in Speech Vowing Unilateral Action

Not counting instances when he quoted a letter from a citizen or cited dialogue from a movie, President Barack Obama used the first person singular–including the pronouns “I” and “me” and the adjective “my”–199 times in a speech he delivered Thursday vowing to use unilateral executive action to achieve his policy goals that Congress would not enact through the normal, constitutional legislative process.

“It is lonely, me just doing stuff,” Obama said at the speech in Austin, Texas, according to the official transcript and video posted on the White House website.

It is lonely squandering the good will of the whole world

“I’m just telling the truth now,” Obama told the crowd. “I don’t have to run for office again, so I can just let her rip. And I want to assure you, I’m really not that partisan of a guy

Obama appears to be incapable of ever telling the truth about anything.

True, he isn’t all that partisan. He abandoned the Lunatic Left Fringe wing of the Democrat party in favor of his own style of Crypto-Communism

The only comparable ideology I know of is Che Guevara’s, without actually threatening to murder “bourgeois” wherever they are to be found

Knowledge of the truth is a form of power. People who are socipathic addicts to power will never willingly tell you the truth. One of the things that used to puzzle me about Clinton was how (it seemed to me) he would lie about things when it would have been better if he had just manned up and told the truth. But he had to lie — he was not able to give up anything associated with power. Obama? Just as much of a liar but with less pretence to charm… At least Clinton seemed like a good ol’ boy you might have a beer with.

I’m going to have to disagree with that, since, if one is without the ability to act on that knowledge one is still powerless …

I’m glad he said “now”. Because up to now, he hasn’t.
