Words are cheap, particularly when there’s a history of lying. When there’s real action, and real cash being spent as in this case, it shows how meaningless the words really are.
At 3mm per year, it takes a thousand years to cover 10 feet.

This is an example of chronic coastal erosion threatening a building on the island of Maui.
Coastal erosion happens regardless of sea level. It has nothing to do with sea level. This house has concrete retaining walls to block coastal erosion.

Heh. A building worth tens of millions of dollars is so badly threatened by coastal erosion caused by global warming that the mortified owners put up $150 worth of sand bags.
We also have the supreme hypocrite and profiteer Al Gore that in 2009 bought a $9 million beachfront mansion in Montecito CA. Did Gore really believe his own words that half the nation is soon to be swamped?
Or rich liberal warmists living in Malibu beach houses. Is that community worried about the rising sea? You wouldn’t think so considering the $20 million price of those homes. What’s startling is the contrast between the doomsayers’ constant fear mongering about the sea rising at unparalleled rates … with the reality. The reality is that in at least 4 decades in Malibu the sea is THE SAME. No rise. None. Not 3mm a year, or half a mm a decade. Zilch. Nada. People stroll out with their morning coffee onto their decks just feet from sea, and it’s just the same, exactly the same, as it was in 1975, and before that really. And the sea will be .. just the same. No wonder Obama is not worried in the least. He can’t be that rich where he can just dump $25 million and lose it all as the sea quickly rises. No, Obama himself knows that “climate change” is a scam.

According to Google Maps, the house, at 41-505 Kalaniaole Hwy, in Waimanalo, HI, is the one at the right end of the image. It appears that the roof has been repaired at some time in the recent past.
To the left, with all the lawn, is the Shriner’s Beach Club.
I wanna hear about the old car Barry drove and the Mountains of Student Loan Debt he and the Mooch had back when they first met. LOL.
It has been suggested that one of Barry’s lefty friends bought the property to give to the Obamas. Lets see if our esteemed president refuses the offer knowing that it will make him look like a hypocrite on the subject of climate change.
