US President Openly Attacks US Citizens

ScreenHunter_1241 Mar. 12 16.30

President Obama’s open attempts to harass and intimidate US citizens and force people into compliance with a particular belief system – are in violation of so many different laws and principles, it practically defies imagination.

The Constitution forbids a state sponsored religion.

I wonder if I’m even in the running for the “Champion” designation. Maybe when the oceans flatline as the atmosphere has done, I’ll have a chance!

“Providers will be able to “block” was is unlawful.”
Peculiar sentence, could you please clarify?

      • chick20112011 says:

I wrote it poorly. Some days are better than others for writing. 🙁 Page 268 is the beginning of the Constitutional concerns.

First Amendment, 555.Indeed, rather than burdeningfree speech, the rules we adopt today ensure that the Internet promotes speech by ensuring a level playing field for a wide variety of speakers who might otherwise be disadvantaged. As
Turner I affirmed “assuring that the public has access to a multiplicity of information sources is a governmental purpose of the highest order, for it promotes values central to the First Amendment.”1716
Based on clear legislative interest in furthering broadband deployment and the paramount government interest in assuring that the public has access to a multiplicity of information sources, these interests clearly qualify as substantial under intermediate scrutiny

While skimming under Severability, page 280, “For example, the no-blocking rule protects consumers’ right to access lawful content, …..

“Lawful content”. The Fed Govt can determine “lawful content”. That is the thought I wished to convey in addition to the Federal Govt’s. purpose of the “highest order” is to make sure the public has access to a multiplicity of information, (except what they deem to be “deniers”?, etc)

This is a shovel ready program. There will be a new “Ministry of Truth” department established with thousands of six-figured salaried guardians of truth to make sure the only things people can read have been designated a “lawful and consistent with the truth” as established by said department “Ministry of Truth.” Sorry Orwell, I didn’t intentionally plagiarize your great work.

Only if your imagination does not understand the belief system of the President’s handlers:

Politically Correct Progressivism. Its 6 Tenets of Belief:

    1. Normal-America is irredeemably racist. Blacks and other minorities live a life of constant harassment and hopeless repression by Normal-Americans.

    2. Normal-America is virulently sexist. Women live lives of desperate hopelessness. They are forced by the patriarchy to accept social and professional roles that demean and diminish them. Normal-Americans aggressively try to restrict women’s rights to kill fetuses.

    3. Normal-America is homophobic. Christian haters thump Bibles in their quest to locate, persecute, prosecute and lynch fun-loving homosexuals, lesbians, transsexuals, and bi-sexuals.

    4. Normal-America is stunningly xenophobic. Normal-Americans loathe foreigners. Normal-American society rejects all foreigners and views them as vile, dirty, stinking beasts with unintelligible accents.

    5. Normal-America is graspingly imperialist. Normal-Americans seek to conquer, destroy and subjugate peace-loving native cultures in Africa, the Middle East, South America and Asia. America is built on a legacy of imperialist destruction of Native American and Hispanic cultures.

    6. Normal-America is greedily capitalist. The American economy destroys poor people with angry demands that they must work. The economy is systematically manipulated by the 1% in order to subjugate the 99%. Capitalism rewards only the lucky few, while the masses suffer.

These tenets are the core of the PC-Prog politics. The beliefs are nearly religious. To be a member, one must never contradict these tenets (in public, or in privately recorded conversations.)

The corollary to the tenets of PC-Progressivism is the “Action Requirement.”

It is simple: Normal-America must be changed.

This is it. That is the entire belief system, and the action plan of our political opponents.

The Action component is based on lies and covert action principles. Since no Normal-Americans would support such lunacy, all actions are cloaked in mendacious covers.

Destroying capitalism (Action component of Tenet #6) becomes “Saving Gaia.” Attacks and destruction are the norm for PC-Progs. Since their beliefs are their religion, they are willing, like good jihadis, to kill for their religion.

Once you understand them, you’ll never again be surprised by their actions.

    • DD More says:

Kent, although this has a slightly different numbering system, it does have an accurate history of PC & the Frankfurt School
In 1923 in Germany, a think-tank is established that takes on the role of translating Marxism from economic into cultural terms, that creates Political Correctness as we know it today, and essentially it has created the basis for it by the end of the 1930s.

If we compare the basic tenets of Political Correctness with classical Marxism the parallels are very obvious.

Third, just as in classical economic Marxism certain groups, i.e. workers and peasants, are a priori good, and other groups, i.e., the bourgeoisie and capital owners, are evil.

      From – http://www.academia.org/the-origins-of-political-correctness/

You, and most all of us, have been programmed for 80 years to fall for the Good Group/Bad Group thinking. The Green Blob are not really good

and want to either kill or put us back in caves. Just look at their ‘optimum population’ estimates.

      • DD,

The “Frankfurt School” and Alinsky were the overt, public faces of the Active Measures designed to destroy Normal-America. They were, in effect, following behind the parade, cleaning up after the elephants. The real work was done quietly.

Their efforts were the tip of the iceberg, and relatively ineffective.

The covert works, the effective 90%, were run by Willi Muenzenberg (who was the originator of the German professors’ belief system, and Alisky’s operational manual).

Our side must get away from the “Marxism” labels. While the operations were run by Marxists, and for the greater good of International Communism, the belief system created by Muenzenberg’s operations is absolutely NOT “parallel.” There has been no connection for the last 80 years.

The belief system, now known as Political Correctness is based on destroying American Exceptionalism–nothing to do with Marxism–which is an economic/social theory and system.

Sounds sort of esoteric, but it’s crucial for understanding our opponents. Like the issue Steve brings up here–destruction of opponents by public shaming and ridicule. This is NOT Marxist ideology.

This is directly from the PC-Progressive playbook–destroying a Normal-American–Steve. Nothing to do with class, labor, capital, or any other issue remotely related to Marxism.

  6. Disillusioned says:

That is appalling. This president is the most arrogant, disrespectful jerk to ever occupy the White House. Nothing Presidential about him.

    • Gail Combs says:

He is the Affirmative Action Community Organizer Occupier of the White House.

He is a living breathing example of why Affirmative Action is a really really bad idea.

Do you want an Affirmative Action aeronautical engineer designing the plane you fly in?

Do you want an Affirmative Action civil engineer designing the bridges you drive across? (As Dr Robinson about the the royal mess a civil engineer made of a simple foot bridge over a creek.)

  7. Michael 2 says:

I should be crowned as the “worst” climate change denier except that I’m in abundant company of people that do not deny climate change. In fact, it has changed more or less continually my entire lifetime. It does seem to have stabilized since 1998.

I suspect this is a case of progressive linguistic challenge; people not realizing the effect of “double negative” when “worst bad” really means “most good”.

  8. The present denier-situation, by the U.S. government is chilling. It smacks of desparate manipulation and incitement.
    Unbelievable really, for a democracy.

    • nielszoo says:

I’d expect that kind of behavior in a Democracy which is defined as government by bully, and one of the main reasons Democracies don’t work. We are (or used to be) a Constitutional Republic and that kind of behavior in the executive branch of government is supposed to be suppressed by the Legislature, Judiciary and the States. Too bad all of them are Progressive bastards as well.

  9. AndyG55 says:

Who is the greatest climate denier

I vote for that Obummer guy in the clown suit !!

  10. Hope Forgrease says:

It feels like they are pouring this nonsense on like never before. Mummies, Melting Ice Sheets, Smallpox causing the little ice age by lowering CO2 by 7 PPM… on and on.
A lot of folks need to go to jail. Some Government agencies need to be de-funded now. Republicans are going to do nothing. Such a disappointment.

Well the entire world is headed back to the 6th Century with Muzz in charge. No science anywhere anyhow. Prostrate yourself to a little black rock and the sun revolves around the earth, which is flat, Allah says so in the koran. Double down on the dark ages.

    • ColA says:

YES, YES EVERYONE SHOULD VOTE FOR OBAMA 🙂 🙂

    • Gail Combs says:

I agree all skeptics should vote Obama as #1 denier

  14. KTM says:

The media should approach the use of the “Denier” label this like the racist chant performed by that fraternity, a backwards intolerant and pointlessly offensive act that has no place in modern society.

This is like the Republican party posting a poll to determine which member of the Congressional Black Caucus will be crowned (N- of the year).

  15. I would go ahead and cast my vote for Barack Obama, but then I remember that it doesn’t matter who votes but rather who counts the votes.

  16. richard says:

I will be sending a cheque to the winner. I would be proud to take the title.

All rather childish coming from a president though.

  17. Snowleopard says:

They speak, ours is to listen, take direction and repeat. Questioners may soon find themselves in padded cells.

The last mini ice age was caused by declining CO2, and the developing one is caused by rising CO2. Got it?

…What contradiction? Our experts agree it’s perfectly obvious. All our data now agrees. You are exhibiting denialism symptoms. You’ll need a checkup, They may recommend a doublethink intensive. The friendly officer will escort you Outlook Adjustment.

  18. David, UK says:

How utterly moronic! This from your President! I wouldn’t expect this kind of immature behaviour from a 5-year-old! Utterly puerile. If this is what the majority of Americans voted for, then you have no fucking hope.

How low can you get. I don´t have words. The intellectual darkness of the dark ages comes to mind.

  21. “Liberty is meaningless where the right to utter one’s thoughts and opinions has ceased to exist. That, of all rights, is the dread of tyrants. It is the right which they first of all strike down.” ~ Frederick Douglass

      • gator69 says:

Amen. Frederick Douglas is one of my heroes. God bless his soul (I’m sure He has).

        • Mine too. And he’s more of a constitutional law professor than Obama could ever be:

“Interpreted, as it ought to be interpreted, the Constitution is a glorious liberty document… Take the Constitution according to its plain reading, and I defy the presentation of a single pro-slavery clause in it. On the other hand it will be found to contain principles and purposes, entirely hostile to the existence of slavery.” ~ Frederick Douglass

        • gator69 says:

“Let me tell you something. Do you know that you have been deceived and cheated? You have been told that this government was intended from the beginning for white men, and for white men exclusively; that the men who formed the Union and framed the Constitution designed the permanent exclusion of the colored people from the benefits of those institutions. Davis, Taney and Yancey, traitors at the south, have propagated this statement, while their copperhead echoes at the north have repeated the same. There never was a bolder or more wicked perversion of the truth of history. So far from this purpose was the mind and heart of your fathers, that they desired and expected the abolition of slavery. They framed the Constitution plainly with a view to the speedy downfall of slavery. They carefully excluded from the Constitution any and every word which could lead to the belief that they meant it for persons of only one complexion.

The Constitution, in its language and in its spirit, welcomes the black man to all the rights which it was intended to guarantee to any class of the American people. Its preamble tells us for whom and for what it was made.”

          Frederick Douglass (June 1863)

  22. cheshirered says:

Please tell me that’s not really a genuine website / tweet from the White House? From the president of America? A stance so juvenile it beggars belief. If it is I’m f*cking gobsmacked.

  23. Duke Silver says:

Crap. I’m out. I’m only a skeptic of CO2 driven AGW. I don’t deny CC in any way.

I’ve actually stated that CO2 (and other GHGs) have contributed an infinitesimally small amount to the natural drivers of CC like solar activity, PDO, AMO and the Milankovitch cycles.

But, if it helps win the award – I’d be happy to elaborate on many other ways our Executive Orderer has led our citizens into poverty….

  24. Shazaam says:

The did get the title correct!! Give them points for that!!

  25. NancyG says:

    The twitter account says this:

This account is run by Organizing for Action staff. Tweets from the President are signed -bo.
    Washington, DC
    barackobama.com

So even though it’s staff from Organizing for Action, the tweets are made in his name when not made by him directly. He had to approve it, or he’s really a sock puppet.

  26. Ri-chard says:

We do not have a US President, he is not even a leader of the US. He is however, a good puppet following the puppeteer’s tugs on his strings. It is his puppeteers that have no respect for the US Constitution and any other rules or legislation that doesn’t support their needs. Obama never speaks from his heart or mind, he only is allowed to mouth the written words of his puppeteers. Every incumbent Senator, Congress person and Rep are our enemy. The all know what is spoken hear and on other blogs having intelligent, realistic conversations about positive solutions as we identify their lies and disinformation.
They know our numbers are small so they discount most of us as inhibitors of their actions. They know we don’t have the bandwidth to get the truths out to The People in large numbers. They own almost all the bandwidth with the MSM puppets. Therefore, the Cabal of puppeteers do what they will because there are not enough of The People that know the truths to know they should stand up and say I will not submit. I’m free and with my liberties.

How do we get the bandwidth to educate the masses? Anyone have any realistic suggestions?

  27. gregole says:

I never quite get who they are directing the “denier” label at; sure can’t be me. I don’t deny the truths of science. I have a degree in science (Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering) and have worked in engineering and science without a single break in employment for the last 35 years. Just today in fact we finished testing an apparatus I had designed that had to produce a mechanical motion while loaded under high-pressure gas – certainly enough pressure to injure or kill everyone in the room. Believe me, designing this system, that my colleagues and I would have to test involved precisely zero guesswork. All science, all the time. I am a big, big, non-denier of science.

Deny climate change? Equally absurd. I have lived long enough and in enough locales to note that climate changes. There are hot spells, cold spells, dry times and flood times . They appear to me to generally follow some sort of cycle with hot following cold, and so forth. Not my area of specific expertise, but as far as trends in one direction I am aware of no such thing. Many measurements show a gradual average warming; but how much, whether it is just part of a larger cycle, and whether it will continue, and what causes it are utterly unknown. We have some ideas. And there’s plenty of speculation and conjectures. Forecasts of climate-change have been laughably inaccurate historically.

I’m not sure what I am being accused of denying. But some people, particularly political partisans, just love to think up names for people.

Coming from the White House? Sad how far we have fallen. A real shame. We could be slipping into a kind of hyper-informed dark ages. Really sad.

  28. Jason Calley says:

I don’t tweet — but if I had to vote for the leading “climate denier” it would have to be either James Hansen or Michael Mann.

  29. average joe says:

This is disturbing enough to me that I am willing to take a week out of my busy life to stand in front of the white house protesting this horse sh*t, if I can get a few hundred other professionals with scientific credentials to also stand and demand public debate into the legitimacy of calling anyone a “climate denier”. This behavior is asinine and coming from the highest office in the land, is downright disturbing. I really really wish someone like Fred Singer with some respectable credentials would organize such a protest, I would definitely participate. Get enough people to attract media, get time on prime time news to set things straight, show a chart of model predictions vs actual, and how there is zero credibility to the claim that the debate is over. I am but a humble electrical engineer, but I know bad science when I see it, and it makes me burn.

  30. Anthony S says:

That unicorn is begging to be co-opted for something else.

  31. D. Self says:

The divider and thief will never stop his BS, even when he leaves office.

  32. DHF says:

This is getting so much less attention than it should. I would expect the media around the world to pick up on this. This is the kind of thinking you might expect from a religious theocracy like in Iran. I would never expect such from a president in a modern democracy. So totally againts all values that are important for science and freedom of thought.

In my view this demonstrates that people seems to be blind to everything that is far outside the expected.
