It’s all in the mix design and the quality of the materials. The aphalt highways in Death Valley don’t melt, yet I was on a job in Bellevue, Washington where, on a hot day, it did. Can’t tell you the levels of India’s QC, but that might be more of a problem than the great oogly-boogly C02 monster.

If you want to know what real heat heat is, pay a visit to the Gulf States or Qatar.
In Kuwait City temperatures of 60 degree Celsius or even higher is the norm.
Nobody there complains about the weather.
As for the reporting of “heat” deaths in India by the Western MSM lately I have serious doubts about the mentioned number of heat deaths.
The country has a population of over 1 billion people and a Caste System where the mortality rates of the lowest Caste are not even reported. Nation wide the country does not have an adequate real time reporting system.
The most recent death rate in India I could find was 7.48 per 1.000 inhabitants.
Just do the math.
The number of heat deaths in India reported in by MSM is not only irrelevant compared to the the overall death rate. It is pure propaganda. Combine this with the fact that the causes of hypothermia are easily preventable and we have just another alarmist storm in a glass of water.
Besides that, more people died during the cold waves that hit the country during the winters of 2014 and 2015 but cold events simply do not fit the Warmist Agenda.
