Updated US Heat Records

I found a problem in my code yesterday which was causing me to measure days over 101 degrees instead of days over 100 degrees. Here are the corrected graphs.

One hundred degree days in the US occurred twice as often during the 1930’s as they do now.

During the 1930’s, two thirds of the country reached 100 degrees. Over the past three years, only about 30% of stations have reached 100 degrees.

Hot weather is becoming a thing of the past in the US. The exact opposite of what climate criminals claim.

    You are, of course, correct — but ask any CAGW cult follower why the 1930s had by far the most state high temperature records. I have yet to get a coherent answer to that….

    Yes, but one hot day in LA during they Emmys proves global warming beyond any shadow of a doubt (sarc).
