Given that climate scientists were talking about global cooling in 1977, how could Bill McKibben possibly be stupid enough to make a claim like that?

We are truly dealing with the world’s stupidest people.
They just make stuff up and are just following the lead of the likes of Gavin, Mann, Hayhoe, and so many others.
They’re as stupid as ten’s of billions of dollars will allow.
We live in worldwide web of deceit that we individually support every time we allow our minds to focus attention on Drugs and Alcohol, Reality TV, Gladiator Sports, Video Games, Gambling, Pornography, etc. instead of focusing on REALITY.
I do not want to be a “wet blanket”, but climatologists are no more stupid than the members of any other group.
The NEA is now the largest Union in the US. Our birthrate is so low the US has to have open borders to keep these people employed.

The winters of 1977, 1978 and 1979 were the three coldest consecutive winters in history over much of the US. Anyone who is old enough to remember those winters will never forget them.
Snow down to Miami. Chicago, Bufallo and Boston snowed in for weeks on end. Chesapeake Bay frozen for weeks on end. Global warming was the least of our worries!
