It sounds like the CIA took the Saul Alinsky School of Community Development seriously. The question is, just what the hell are they trying to promote? Particularly when they use those tactics within the USA?

“I think it has become necessary to take another look at the purpose and operations of our Central Intelligence Agency.”

former President Harry S. Truman, who spearheaded the establishment of the CIA. Was he linking the CIA to the assassination of JFK a month earlier?

    • conrad ziefle says:

They sure moved quickly from their creation at the end of WW2 to being questionable in 1963. One can only wonder how terrible they are now.

CIA Drugs, Guns & Cash & Kids

Sauce -CIA has been dealing, shipping and trading in illegal drugs since before it was renamed from the OSS.
During WWII – The OSS and ONI work closely with Chinese gangsters and heroin trade in the Golden Triangle, the border region of Thailand, Burma, Laos and China’s Yunnan Province.
-‘The French Connection’- 1947 Corsicans in Marseilles smuggled raw opium from Turkey and refined it into high grade heroin for export to the United States. After the transformation of the OSS into the CIA, Marseille’s Corsicans fell under the protection of the French intelligence service which allowed heroin trafficking to operate for another 20 years.

Acid Test – 1950s “The CIA literally sent over two guys to Sandoz Laboratories where LSD had first been synthesized and bought up the world’s supply of LSD and brought it back,” Lappé tells Nick Gillespie in a wide-ranging conversation about the longest war the U.S. government has fought. “With that supply they began a [secret mind-control] program called MK Ultra which had all sorts of other drugs involved.”

‘Air America’ – 1960’s/1970’s – In support of the U.S. war in Vietnam, the CIA renews old and cultivates new relations with Laotian, Burmese and Thai drug merchants
MAY 1970 – A Christian Science Monitor correspondent reports that the CIA `is cognizant of, if not party to, the extensive movement of opium out of Laos,’ quoting one charter pilot who claims that ‘opium shipments’ get special CIA clearance
1973 – Thai national Puttapron Khramkhruan is arrested in connection with the seizure of 59 pounds of opium in Chicago. According to the U.S. Justice Department, the CIA quashed the case
1976 – Khun Sa stated that Richard Armitage, at that time an envoy in the American embassy, financed drug smuggling in Vietnam and Bangkok from 1975 to 1979. CIA agents Daniel Arnold and Jerry Daniel trafficked weapons and drugs with Khun Sa.

‘Barry Seal, “The Fat Lady” & Ollie North Guns & Drug Running’
JUNE 1975 – Mexican police, assisted by U.S. drug agents, arrest Alberto Sicilia Falcon, Tijuana-based operation was reportedly generating $3.6 million a week from the sale of cocaine and marijuana in the United States. Claims he was a CIA protege, and in exchange for his help in moving weapons to certain groups in Central America, the CIA facilitated his movement of drugs.
    – JUNE 1980 – Despite advance knowledge, the CIA fails to halt members of the Bolivian militaries, from staging the so-called `Cocaine Coup,’ According to former DEA agent Michael Levine maintains the agency actively abetted cocaine trafficking in Bolivia. 1980s, 150 tons of cocaine a year were flowing through Latin America. That generated a business of $29 billion a year and was 12 to 13 times more than America’s largest corporations. Prior to the creation of the Contra drug pipeline, the first to profit from drug trafficking were Bolivia’s “cocaine coup” government of 1980-82.
    – 1982, Seal was making regular runs on behalf of the Medellin Cartel, bringing tons of cocaine into the U.S. He moved his operations from Baton Rouge to Mena, Arkansas. Seal, indicted in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on charges of smuggling Quaaludes and money laundering and facing a 10-year prison sentence, decided to flip but federal prosecutors were not interested so he simply went over their heads. He flew to Washington and met with two members of Vice President George Bush’s Task Force on Drugs. Seal said the Medellin Cartel had cut a deal with the Marxist Sandinistas in Nicaragua. The agreement, Seal said, called for the cartel to give a cut of drug profits to the Sandinistas in exchange for use of an airfield in Managua as a trans-shipment point for narcotics. Seal had purchased a C-123. The larger transport plane, which he affectionately referred to as “The Fat Lady”, was needed to haul tons of cocaine for the cartel.

Home Lab – 2/2017 – Langley, Virginia | A major explosion occurred last night at the headquarters of the Central Intelligence Agency, igniting a fire which almost completely destroyed an annex of the building and led to the discovery of a suspected drug lab. After conducting a search of the western wing of the George Bush Center for Intelligence, they found more than 2 tons of pure pseudoephedrine, as well as large quantities of acetone, iodine crystals, battery acid, drain cleaner, lantern fuel and antifreeze.
“The various chemicals found on the scene are either used to produce methamphetamine or fentanyl, and we also found a lot of drugs,” said FCSO spokesman, Jared Matters. “We also found large quantities of these two drugs in a nearby storage room that was spared by the fire.”

    Cash & Kids (cont)

    Cash –
1981, Noriega was immediately brought back by the CIA. His salary was increased, and his salary jumped to $185,000 a year, and by 1985 it reached $200,000. The CIA deposited Noriega’s illegal payoffs in the Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI), whose name made front page news in the summer of 1991 for laundering money.

    Kids –
This is the story of how the CIA uses “war zones” to garner kids for the sex slave business. You may have heard how the two companies, DynCorp and Halliburton, were caught trafficking in women during the war in Yugoslavia.
    ORPHANAGES FUNDED BY THE CIA
The CIA and the cabal bosses have been making mind control slaves out of war orphans by the thousands since WWII.
Remember that in WW II the UK and US took in Jewish and East bloc refugee children WITHOUT their parents. Their parents were alive the US just didn’t want them.

The CIA betrayed Korean children and sent them to almost certain death. The CIA is an equal oppurtunity “employer” who likes to pay nothing at all whenever possible for its spies.
Here is a little reality check for you on the subject of the US’s use of child spies from Aldrich’s book “The Hidden Hand: Britain, America, and Cold War Secret Intelligence” [ http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1585672742/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=wwwgailalleco-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=1585672742 ] in the chapter on the Korean war:

The CIA during the Vietnam War sent thousands of South Vietnamese spies into North Vietnam after it knew that this secret route into the North was blown and the men were ending up being tortured and killed. The US got caught betraying their agents because it refused to pay the promised death benefits to the families. Some of the men who later returned after years of horrendous torture sued the CIA. They won a settlement on it.

Let’s get down to some of the details, where an investigator could start to hit pay dirt, namely Yugoslavia, which had many abandoned babies, many of them light skinned. He bought 14 acres of land, and the CIA built its concentration camp for orphans, complete with barbed wire and control towers with armed guards carrying machine guns. It was built to house 5,000 children, but at the peak of its use per CIA records I saw at Langley it had 12,000 children.

While I was viewing the war in Mozambique I noticed a US run training camp for child soldiers. The average age of the kids was 13. Some were as young as 9 or 10, and some were old worn out veterans of the war at age 16. These were boys. Next door in a barbed wire compound were the girls of all ages, from babies, to age about 12. The older girls had already been shipped out into sexual slavery. I brought CIA photos of the children and CIA reports of their military training.

Syrian war – And just what was the CYA doing in Syria? Captagon is a habit-forming, illicit amphetamine drug. US stopped manufacturing it in the 80s, finally realizing it had no medical use.
Greek Coastguard and DEO seized three containers full of 5.25 tonnes of the drug – 33 million Captagon pills – found in the containers shipped from Syria. Street value exceeded $660 million or worth more than all of Syria’s 2017 exports put together. December, near Crete with 3 million fenethylline pills worth $113 million. Jordan, 47 million Captagon pills were reportedly confiscated in 2018.

      Now the Logic Test.

You have a group of people, facilitating trade and illegal operations worth millions of dollars a year for 80 years. Much of the transactions are in cash.
Would they cut themselves in and set up a nice retirement nest egg or not?
