Autumn snow extent has been steadily increasing for 50 years, due to intrusions of Arctic air going further south. last year had the largest autumn snow extent on record.
Snow cover is well above normal again this year.
The criminals at the IPCC claim the exact opposite, because they ignore snow cover during the autumn and winter – when the snow is actually falling.
FAQ 4.1 – AR4 WGI Chapter 4: Observations: Changes in Snow, Ice and Frozen Ground
The UN, MSM and their Communist buddies now controlling all the world governments will repeat the lies until they get the world to agree to a world tax of 1% GDP. The USA for being a ‘capitalist villian’ will be taxed at a higher rate with a planned rate hike to 1 trillion per year!
So say good by to the USA and hello to the neo-Dark Ages.
Barack Obama is about to make the USA a vassal state of the UN. As a vassal state she will be THE major cash cow for the unelected very corrupt World Politburo until all of her assets have been stripped and the UN is in full control of her land and her people.
Wiki says “The existence of the Politburo ended in 1991 with the breakup of the Soviet Union” looks like Wiki is wrong and Oliver is right. Stalin won.
Shocking Revelations About the Climate Treaty Aren’t Simply Alarming
One also has to remember what the IMF said about the USA:
Once the US is bankrupt the World Bank will move in with their much hated Structural Adjustment Policies and complete the take over.

You know, if you you do a back of the envelope plot of declining temperatures in the upper Midwest it sort of looks like the pattern produced by the last ice age. Well I’m just saying dontcha know.
Tony check out the ice in Hudson Bay …. could be 3rd highest for this date but with my wonky eyes it is too close to call …. none the less she be cold up there!

If you want to actually get a message out, keep it simple and direct. Don’t combine science and evidence and historic data and current changes with political crap. It dilutes the message, and causes people to dismiss you as a crank.
It is all politics and I am going to do exactly what I want to do.
I agree. Three cheers for your research/efforts.
Indeed … as a long time lurker on this site I think Tony does science when appropriate and BS / politics when appropriate.
Trouble is, I’m still trying to figure out how to keep political crap out of political crap. If it goes on for another 10 years and I’ll start thinking it can’t be done and will have to dismiss myself.
The geometry of this year’s “open Arctic,” even though far below the 2012 & 2007 records, portends for early snowfall on Arctic shores, and resulting early albedo switch.
This is exactly what happened! With a naescent el Niño and undulating Jet Stream, this winter looks like a “most interesting” situation for the Northern Hemisphere!!!
Lets just hope it produces a major blizzard in Paris the first couple of weeks in December.
YES!!
That’d be climate change. Lets just hope average miserable windy chilling weather.
Have you noticed the Hole in the ice near the pole one the Navy’s graphics? There’s been a hole there for about three weeks and now two.
Most easily seen on their SST graphic:

This last week from 21:00 Sunday night until 24:00 Friday night) I spent on the road doing a team run out of the Vandalia, OH terminal (Right by the Dayton, OH Airport). Five stops. First stop in Butler, PA about 55 mi SE of Youngstown, OH. Second stop out in the Pennsylvania sticks about 13 mi further SE from Butler. Third stop in Orchard Park, NY within a half mi of the stadium where the Buffalo Bills play. Last two stops in Buffalo, NY proper. Then return to the terminal in Vandalia. We did that run five times running about 5,500 mi to do it. Long week. But at least I was teaming with another driver I trust. That makes it easier to sleep while going down road.
On Tuesday morning while driving up I-79 heading to the third stop I saw snow on the ground for the first time this season in the Erie, PA area. The roofs of some unheated outbuildings were covered with the white stuff. The road was just fine though we did have to contend with some of that good old Pennsylvania fog at times.
Fall colors in the hills along I-79 in PA are in their full glory right now.
And for those of you in White Tail country, LOOK OUT! They’re starting to get stupid as the rut approaches. Charlie and I each had to brake to keep from taking out Bucks and I also had to hit binders pretty hard to let a Doe with two young ones cross.
According to Greenland and other Ice Core data our Holocene Interglacial is in decline.
The current, warm Holocene interglacial has been the enabler of mankind’s civilisation for the last 10,000+ years. It’s congenial climate spans from mankind’s earliest farming to the scientific and technological advances of the last 100 years.
But:
1 the last millennium 1000AD – 2000AD has been the coldest of the Holocene interglacial.
2 each of the notable high points in the Holocene temperature record, (Holocene Climate Optimum – Minoan – Roman – Medieval – Modern), has been progressively colder than the previous high point.
3 for its first 7-8000 years the early Holocene, including its high point “climate optimum”, had almost flat temperatures, an average drop of only ~0.05 °C per millennium.
4 but the recent Holocene, since the “tipping point” at ~1000BC, has seen a temperature diminution at more than 10 times that earlier rate at more than 0.5 °C per millennium.
5 the Holocene interglacial is about 11,000 years old and judging by earlier Interglacials the epoch should be drawing to its close: in this century, the next century or this millennium.
6 any beneficial warming at the end of the 20th century to the Modern high point that has been promoted as the “Great Man-made Global Warming Scare” will soon come to be seen as noise in the system in the longer term progress of comparatively rapid cooling over the last 3000+ years.
Global warming protagonists should accept that our interglacial is in long-term decline and that any action taken by man-kind is unlikely to make any difference whatsoever.
Were the actions by Man-kind able to avert warming they would eventually reinforce the catastrophic cooling that is bound to return relatively soon.
