Sheesh, next they will be naming Alberta Clippers and other midwest US-originating storms — those often have central barometric pressure readings around 990 to 1000 MB (hPa).
As Daffy Duck used to say, “It is, to laugh”.
Its probably just a matter of time until single rainy clouds get names.
But maybe they ‘ll start naming Tornados first.
Somehow Mann has to get to his predicted 34 named storms.
And by doing so one can inflate the scare propaganda in the most peaceful scenario .
Even if the number actually dropped by 98 % from 1000 to 20
it would be 20 more in the books.
