    What happened to their spectacular progress?
    Did they get lost or were they overcome by blisters???

    Raining and cold might be an explanation. They seem to be easily stopped by the weather.

    Gee, I thought the “blowtorch” effect would have them soaking their sore muscles in the Mackenzie River’s hot-tub-like warmth by now.

    Maybe the river needs some Brawndo poured into to it to warm the water a mite. The ice needs that blowtorch effect to clear the passage for our intrepid rowing team….

    I trust they have a backup genny. Solar panels don’t work too well when they’re mounted on a horizontal surface and the sun is at a low angle.

    Yesterday, they finally posted a story about making it to Tuktoyatuk. They dragged the boat a good distance through shallow water because rowing wasn’t getting them anywhere.
