Has the EPA done any study if there are endangered species in the bombing zone ?

How about asking the UN to arrange a group of non-U.S. troops and chemical weapons specialists to confiscate all the chemical weapons irrespective of who has used them? Any party who refuses would then fall under immediate suspicion.
