When Obama was elected, there was 66% concern about global warming. Now it is 64%. This is because Obama healed the planet in June of 2008. Some doubts in Obama’s powers remain though, because of the warm winter.

The spike this year is more likely due to the massive propaganda push rather than the warm winter. There has been no trend in winter temperatures in the US over the last century, and five of the last eight winters have been colder than the century average. Winter 2014-2015 was one of the coldest on record in the eastern US (with snow piles 70 feet high) and the winter of 2013-2014 was coldest since 1979 across the US. Those two winters brought record ice to the Great Lakes.

Americans are completely correct about that. Data tampering by human NOAA and NASA employees is indeed responsible for rising temperatures.

The hottest months on Earth are always July and August, because most of the land surface is in the northern hemisphere. Southern hemisphere summers have little effect on global atmospheric temperature, because most of the sun’s heat goes into the ocean.

In the 1960’s and 1970’s there was a 100% consensus that the Earth was cooling

The National Academy of Sciences showed this in their 1975 report.

The New York Times began reporting on this in the early 1960’s.

This doesn’t fit the current needs of NASA, so they simply altered the data to make the cooling disappear.

Over the last 15 years, NASA has doubled 1880-2000 warming, by replacing rural stations with UHI infected ones.

Global warming has very little to do with science, and very much to do with politics.

I feel honored to live in Boulder, Colorado – the epicenter of government climate propaganda. NCAR says that corals, maple trees and Glacier National Park – are doomed by about 2030 or so.

In 1923 scientists said that Glacier National Park would be ice-free by 1950.

If the scientists actually knew anything about maple trees, they would know that warm winters are good, and cold winters like last year are bad.

As far as corals go, anyone with an IQ over 30 should be able to figure out that expanding tropics would cause the range of corals to expand, just as it always has for the past 600 million years. But government climate scientists don’t seem to fit into the over 30 IQ category.

NOAA says that 2015 was the hottest year ever and second hottest in the US. Their data shows otherwise. The summer of 1936 was 10-20 degrees hotter across much of the US

Mark Serreze is the director of the National Snow and Ice Data Center in Boulder, Colorado. He believes that the Arctic is screaming, and he predicted that the North Pole would be ice-free in 2008.

NSIDC graphs make it look like screaming Arctic sea ice is declining linearly, with 2016 at a record low.

Even though there has been almost no change in sea ice area over the past decade.

The Danish Meteorological Institute shows a very different graph, with no change over the past decade, or perhaps a slight increase.

The graph below overlays the black NSIDC graph on the red DMI graph. The graphs matched fairly well until four years ago, when the NSIDC line diverged sharply downwards.

This divergence is enough to allow NSIDC to declare a record low and create the appearance of a downwards trend. More importantly, it allows them to make hysterical press releases like this.

February continues streak of record low Arctic sea ice extent

Another interesting story at NSIDC is that they stopped updating their ice age maps on week 36 last year, the week before the ice has its annual birthday. Had they updated the maps, they would have shown a huge increase in the amount of the oldest/thickest ice. But that isn’t the story NSIDC is paid to produce.
