The most compelling evidence of global warming presented by scientists last year, was record Antarctic sea ice and a brutally cold winter.

Senate Republicans just lost a vote to force Obama to get any “climate” agreements ratified by the Senate.

If they were using their brains, they would have voted to force Obama to get any agreements ratified which limit the US energy supply. Obama is not doing anything about the climate. He is simply trashing our energy future.

As always, Republicans play right into the fraudulent rhetoric of the White House. This has nothing to do with climate.

Last week, the New Mexico version of Udall senate carpetbagger, Tom Udall, announced the death of New Mexico due to global warming.  This is how New Mexico looks today.

The climate was brutal in the past. Even if you are delusional enough to believe that CO2 controls the climate, only a complete moron would want to return to the past.

Satellites show that temperatures at Canberra have been declining at 2.2C/century since 1997.

But surface temperatures have been rising at 7.1C/century

This probably has something to do with the fact that BOM placed their thermometer right next to a huge parking lot.

GISS claims that they adjust for UHI, but in fact they do almost nothing to correct the problem. They shift all post-1940 temperatures down by about an equal amount, and leave behind the completely fake sharp warming trend at Canberra.

One more indication that the surface temperature record from GISS and BOM is a farce.
