President Obama claims that “sea level rise doubled since 1992”

This is complete nonsense. NOAA shows no change in sea level rise rates, and they are one half of what Obama claims.

One thing Obama never worries about is facts. He didn’t get where he is by telling the truth.

Last year, the LA Times announced that they weren’t going to publish skeptical comments any more, but now their comments are almost 100% skeptical.

Perhaps reality is setting in.

In 1966, the US accidentally dropped four armed thermonuclear missiles on Spain. Later, when transporting them back to the US, one of the missiles rolled off the boat and into the ocean. The US and Russians then raced to see who could find the nuclear warhead first at the bottom of the sea.

President Obama is predicting 2 metres of sea level rise this century, in order to frighten people into submitting to his plan to make electricity prices skyrocket.

The odds of winning the lottery are one in 200 million, yet people win all the time. Does that mean that the world is spiraling out of control?

That is the logic being used by alarmists just about every week – like the 15 inch rain in Florida last week. Their argument is : “100 year rainfalls are happening all the time now”

The odds of one particular location getting that much rain are low, but the odds of somewhere on the planet getting that much rain are reasonably good. Climate geniuses scan the planet looking for 100 year rains, and then say they should happen only once every hundred years. Because they have the IQ of a turnip.

President Obama says that people who don’t believe snow is a thing of the past are flat earthers.

One of Obama’s flat earthers is Harrison Schmitt – the only scientist to have set foot on the moon.

Dr. Schmitt does not agree with the theory that human activity is responsible for global warming. He states that “human experience, geological data and history, and current cooling argue otherwise.” Schmitt is so ardent in this belief that in 2009 he resigned from the Planetary Society. [3]  In his letter of resignation, Schmitt told the Planetary society that “’consensus,’ as many have said, merely represents the absence of definitive science. You know as well as I, the ‘global warming scare’ is being used as a political tool to increase government control over American lives, incomes and decision making. It has no place in the Society’s activities.”
