Obama stepped right into Putin’s trap, by taking credit for the “deal.” Now his flank is exposed and the conversation will turn to US support of freedom fighters who are killing people and waging war in Syria.

Look for Putin to release an intelligence report detailing who the “freedom fighters” really are, which will send shock waves around the world.

Putin is a chess master, while Obama is a reactive political hack.

At the peak of the Obama scandals dominating the news, al Qaeda suddenly started chattering very loudly about blowing up an embassy – and dominated the news cycle for a couple of weeks. Then came Syria 24×7, and al Qaeda quit chattering and even forgot to make any threats for the Benghazi and 9/11 anniversaries.

President Obama must be very grateful to have such cooperative and helpful terrorists.

Every year the experts tell us that the ice is rotten and almost gone, and will be completely gone in 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 ….

Yet for some reason we have the most ice in seven years.

The Big Thompson River southwest of Fort Collins was the scene of one of America’s worst flood tragedies in 1976, when 150 people died during a summer flash flood.

Relentless rains are causing the river to rise again, prompting evacuations.

Roads are crumbling. Dams are failing. And the Big Thompson River just keeps rising.  Mother Nature is painting a dire picture on Colorado’s rain-soaked canvas during a day when flash flooding killed at least three people across Colorado and overwhelmed roads in mountainous western Larimer County.
