Missouri has had no 100ºF readings this year, compared to 833 in 1936, and 675 in 1934.

Missouri August temperatures have been in decline since Mark Twain lived there, and were 6ºC cooler this summer than in 1936.

Minnesota HCN stations have recorded two 100ºF readings this summer, compared to 204 in 1936. There have been a total of 1,038 100ºF readings since 1893, 97.5% of which occurred with CO2 below 350 PPM.

Who would have imagined that 50 years later, the president of Russia would have far more credibility than the president of the US? Reading the comments on various left wing news sites, I see see almost no one who believes Obama’s story about Syria (or any other topic.)

This summer, the US has experienced the fewest number of 100 degree readings in a century. The five hottest summers (1936, 1934, 1954, 1980 and 1930) all occurred with CO2 below 350 PPM.

CO2 went over 400 PPM this year, indicating that heatwaves and CO2 have nothing to do with each other. Scientists who claim otherwise are either incompetent, criminal, or both.

I have been active with environmental issues for almost my entire life. In 1974, I testified in support of a new wilderness area at a Congressional Subcommittee hearing held in Kanab, Utah. (My testimony is still on the Congressional Record.) I was a Sierra Club member and worked as a wilderness ranger in New Mexico for two summers in the 1980s.

The way the process used to work, was that Congress held hearings, the public provided input – and hopefully decisions were made based on that input.

But Obama has completely perverted the process, bypassing Congress and the public, and using unelected and unaccountable political hacks to force his economy destroying agenda on the American people.

He needs to be impeached immediately.

Hagel says US military ready to strike Syria if Obama gives order; US gathering intelligence

WASHINGTON — The U.S. military stands ready to strike Syria at once if President Barack Obama gives the order, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said Tuesday as the United States prepared to formally declare that chemical weapons had been used in the Syrian civil war.

U.S. officials said the growing intelligence pointed strongly toward Bashar Assad’s government as the culprit — a claim Assad called “preposterous.”
