The United States has concluded that Syrian government forces used chemical weapons to kill at least 100 people, crossing a “red line” and prompting President Obama to provide direct military support to the rebels for the first time, the White House said Thursday.

As usual, Obama is lying. They made this decision at least six weeks ago.

In other words, Obama is getting the US into another war to divert attention.

A video which appears to show a Syrian rebel taking a bite from the heart of a dead soldier has been widely condemned.

US-based Human Rights Watch identified the rebel as Abu Sakkar, a well-known insurgent from the city of Homs

“I swear to God we will eat your hearts and your livers, you soldiers of Bashar the dog,” the man says referring to President Bashar al-Assad as he stands over the soldier’s corpse.

Sitting at his desk in Redwood City, Calif., Manuel Navarro could only shake his head in sadness as the Waldo Canyon fire swept with fury through the Mountain Shadows neighborhood June 26.

“I knew it would happen,” said Navarro, who was chief of the Colorado Springs Fire Department from 1994 until 2008. “I knew the terrain of Waldo Canyon and all the neighborhoods in the area.”

As chief, he always knew that those foothills neighborhoods were susceptible to exactly what happened last week.

In a 2004 article in the Colorado Springs Gazette, Navarro was among fire officials trying to get out the word that “a monster sleeps on the Front Range, ready to awaken, ready to kill and ready to destroy.”

The security agencies spy on the Des Moines knitting club, because Obama forbids them from spying on anyone who might actually be a terrorist.

I overlaid NSIDC’s north and south extent graphs at the same scale, and am having a very difficult time seeing the climate catastrophe.

NSIDC stretches the y-axis of their Arctic graphs and chops off the y-axis at 5 million km², which makes it look like ice is melting faster than it is – and is going to disappear soon.

This is what the un-stretched graph looks like. Note that Antarctica has gained more ice than the Arctic has lost.

Spying on the Des Moines knitting club, will apparently keep the FBI from ignoring repeated warnings about Islamic terrorists from foreign intelligence services.

Prime Minister Julia Gillard and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger have written a joint opinion piece to urge global action on climate change.

The opinion piece, published in News Limited newspapers, stresses that the two regions are not alone in acting on climate change, and says that by the end of the year more than 1 billion people will be living in a state or country where a price on carbon is in place.

30,000 people in the UK alone died of cold last winter because of high energy costs, and these two fine leaders are working to keep global warming from overheating them in their frozen homes.

NCDC shows US May temperatures increasing since 1895, and that this past May was well above normal temperature.

The actual thermometer readings which they use show the exact opposite, before they tamper with it.

The graph below shows how much tampering they are currently doing. By massively cooling the past, they have created the appearance of a warming trend – which never actually occurred.

The animation below shows their handiwork, which would make Enron accountants feel envious. They have turned a cooling trend into a strong warming trend, which just by coincidence happens to suit their political agenda.

John Cook says that 97% of climate scientists believe that climate models are correct. Yet 100% of the climate models say that they are incorrect.

This leaves us with a 3% possibility that Cook’s study is not a fraud.
