We have already seen that the exponentially increasing post 1990 TOBS adjustments are garbage and lacking even a theoretical basis, but what about the the 1.8 degree mystery adjustment which sits on top of TOBS?

What ever it is, it has grown exponentially since 1990. Perhaps the tanking Obama economy is reducing UHI.

In USHCN1 they said “no new adjustments” after 1990 – just like George Bush Sr.

But like Bush Sr. they just couldn’t keep those adjustments contained.

If you want to see the effects of real global warming, you don’t have to look any further than our sister planet Mars. Once a warm, wet planet with oceans and rivers whose beds still crisscross the Martian landscape, it’s now cold and dead and the only water we’ve found thus far is frozen in its polar ice caps.

Satellite images analyzed by NASA revealed that the icy surface of Greenland has melted more this month than at any time in the history of its observation from space. Almost the entire ice sheet experienced some sort of melting at its surface in recent weeks.

Temperatures have gotten higher numerous times in the last few decades. Apparently NASA just missed them.

And even NASA admits that this happens about once every 150 years. This was a NASA honesty and integrity meltdown, not an ice meltdown.

Melt season length is getting sharply shorter. Since 2005, the Arctic melt season length has dropped by almost twenty days.

The first blooms appeared on March 15. There was only one day in February which reached 70 degrees, and that was the first day of the month. Apparently Harry believes that he saw cherry blossoms on February 1.

A significant amount of ice is surviving the summer near the Bering Strait. This is the first time that has happened in several years.

On average Alaska has warmed by about 4 degrees Fahrenheit over the last 150 years. There are widespread consequences such as melting glaciers and insect-devastated forest in response to this temerature change. Scientists say Alaska is like a canary in a coal mine, foreshadowing the types of changes we can expect for the rest of the world.

Cold weather in Southcentral Alaska isn’t just affecting people’s moods. It’s seriously hurting vegetable crops in the Matanuska Susitna Valley, one of the state’s major farming regions.

Most crops are several weeks behind schedule, according to farmers, the result of a chilly spring and a summer that’s nearly breaking cold-temperature records.
