You can’t make this stuff up. USHCN2 bumped all Oklahoma temperatures up by 0.8 degrees between 1996 and 1998 due to claimed TOBS adjustments.
This is incredible to begin with, but particularly spectacular because they report no changes in temperature observation time, for any station in Oklahoma after 1994. The adjustment appears to be 100% fraudulent.
To help visualize what a mess we are dealing with, check out these graphs. In last month’s version, they were adjusting 2012 upwards by more than 2.5 degrees relative to 1902.
Now look at the August version. All data from June 2008 to the present has disappeared.
Looks like they are trying to cover their tracks. Last month’s data has of course been deleted from the web site.
The referee in the US/Canada women’s soccer semifinal cheated for the US and gave them the win. It was pathetic.

Hansen claims that severe droughts are much more likely now due to global warming. There is no factual basis behind his claim. The worst droughts (by far) were during the 1930s and the 1950s.
I predict that there will be heat, cold, hurricanes, floods, tornadoes and other kinds of bad weather in the future.
While we can’t tie any specific weather event to the drop in the average IQ, we can say that attributing normal weather events to superstitious beliefs is exactly what we expect to see in a rapidly dumbing down populace.
Florida was hit by two hurricanes during the second half of August 1871, including a major hurricane.
A few weeks later, massive forest forest fires burned up two million acres in the Great Lakes region – killing thousands of people in Wisconsin and Michigan during America’s deadliest fires. Chicago also burned to the ground.
It has now been seven years since a hurricane hit Florida, and 141 years since Chicago burned to the ground.
If these events happened now, James Hansen would claim that he predicted them, and that they happened because no one listened to him.
Two of the five coolest summers in US history occurred during the last ten years. The summer of 2003 was more than six degrees cooler than 1936.
Afternoon temperatures were much hotter during the 1930s, with many more record maximum temperatures.

Global warming causes warm winters and cold winters – and apparently causes the record low number of hurricanes we have been having in recent years.
I wonder what caused this hurricane? I wonder when Americans became so ignorant of their history?
The Greenland Summit camp is on stilts, so that they can jack it up to keep it from getting buried by the metre of meltdown which accumulates every year.
Temperatures will drop below freezing at the North Pole in a few days, ending any possibility of melt there.
