A few weeks ago, Hansen was caught massively altering the temperature record in Iceland – to produce a non-existent warming trend, and disappear that pesky warm 1930s and 1940s.

Paul Matthews points out that Hansen has a new version of the graph, which isn’t as bad as the one from a few weeks ago, but has now disappeared the pre-1940 warming.

Even with the recent corrections, GISS is still not in agreement with CRUTEM, which shows no warming since 1930. The non-homogenized GISS data is supposed to be unadjusted historical temperatures. How did the past change?

Billions of dollars are spent every year to speculate on what the climate would be like below 350 ppm CO2. This is possibly the stupidest venture in scientific history, because we have huge amounts of historical information available about what the climate actually was like below 350ppm.

The primary purpose of climate models is to legitimize confirmation bias. Modelers will obtain whatever result they seek to obtain.

In 2009, Obama convinced Congress to put every American child another $10,000 in debt, in order to fund his “Stimulus Act.” He produced this graph shewing the consequences of not passing the Act.

So how did Obama do? The red line below shows actual unemployment since Obama stimulated Chris Mathews’ leg. Besides paying back his campaign supporters, all that Obama managed to do was to destroy confidence in the economy.

But I am not being fair. The $10,000 per child is before interest. After interest is accounted for, the total is more like $100,000 per child – to achieve nothing.

The 1970s was a better time. Not only was the temperature a few hundredths of a degree cooler, but we got to know our neighbors’ dark side while sitting through three hour waits to purchase gasoline.

Evil big oil threatens our future, because they do stuff which Al Gore says hurts Polar Bears or Penguins – or something like that.

The only TV I normally watch is the Fox Soccer Channel, which doesn’t have political ads. Last night I was watching Mythbusters blow some stuff up on the Discovery Channel, when an anti-Romney ad came on. The substance of their complaint was that Romney was a successful businessman and that “big oil” likes him.

I don’t know how they determined that big oil likes Romney, but I am sure that all Democrats would be much happier if they couldn’t buy gas for their car or food for their refrigerator. Having a job really sucks as does having electricity and heat in your house.

In 2008, Obama intentionally misrepresented his views on same-sex marriage, God, and Christianity in order to get elected. He should be impeached over this, but as usual the press is protecting him and letting him change the subject and pin blame on somebody else.

Vice President Joe Biden apologized to President Barack Obama for upsetting the White House’s timetable for revealing the president’s support for same-sex marriage, according to an administration official.

Biden delivered the apology to the president the morning of May 9, before Obama gave an interview to ABC News in which he said he has had a change of heart and now supports legal gay marriage, the official said.

Biden’s comments in a May 6 broadcast of NBC’s “Meet the Press” that he is “absolutely comfortable” with same-sex marriage marked the latest instance in which the vice president publicly stepped on the administration’s message. The remarks forced Obama to speed up his timetable for revealing his position on gay marriage, administration officials said.

Actually, Obama revealed his position on gay marriage four years ago. He intentionally lied to get elected, and now is trying to divert attention away from his malfeasance.

The issue here is not gay marriage. The issues are that Obama treats the American people with utter contempt, and that he intentionally lied to get into office.
