Plummeting February 12 Temperatures In The US

February 12 afternoon temperatures have been declining for a century.

The areal coverage of February 12th warmth peaked in 1938, and was at a low in 2010.

On February 12, 1938 Texas was 86F, Florida was 83F, Georgia was 81F, Louisiana Mississippi and Oklahoma were 80F, Alabama and Arizona were 79F, Arkansas Illinois and Indiana were 78F, Kansas New Mexico and South Carolina were 77F, Colorado and Tennessee were 76F, Kentucky and Nebraska were 74F, and Missouri was 73F. If we experienced temperatures that warm now, experts would be 97% certain it was due to elevated atmospheric CO2 levels.

Blame For The Corals

The coral reefs along the Yucatan are in bad shape, and have degraded significantly over the past decade.  I have spoken with lots of local people (including naturalists) about this, and none of them mentioned anything about climate. They blame snorkelers, pollution and most of all sunscreen oils from snorkelers who swarm the reefs.

It is sad hearing about how vibrant the reefs here used to be, and seeing how much they have deteriorated.

Declining February 10 Temperatures In The US

February 10 temperatures have generally been declining in the US over the past century, and the frequency of warm February 10 days has declined. The larger pattern is a 50 year cycle which shows swings of about 15 degrees, Temperatures peaked in the 1950’s and 1990’s and bottomed in the 1930’s and around 1980.

Over the past 20 years, February 10 temperatures have declined about five degrees.

On this date in 1932, Texas was 94F, Georgia was 87F, Alabama and Florida were 86F, Louisiana and Mississippi were 85F, Arkansas and Oklahoma were 84F, Illinois was 83F and Indiana was 81F. If we had temperatures like that now, scientists would demand immediate world communism.

Greenland Meltdown Update

Experts tell us Greenland is melting down, and it is a calamity.

Apparently they believe ice melts at -54 degrees.

Temperatures have been averaging colder than -30C at the center of the ice sheet this year.

There is no evidence that Greenland is melting down. Last year brought the Greenland ice sheet the fifth largest surface mass gain on record.

Greenland Ice Sheet Surface Mass Budget: DMI

There is no scientific theory which is too stupid for Democrats and progressives to believe. They are programmed to uncritically believe anything the government and fake news press tells them.
