Not only is The Economist lying about the forecasts, but they are also lying about the Arctic melting.  In the animation below, I masked out all Arctic sea ice which is less than five feet thick. Over the past ten years, thick ice has expanded 1,000 miles into the East Siberian Sea, and volume has increased.

Democrats believe President Trump’s DC hotel is a “sh*thole”

I had lunch there last Sunday, after removing about four layers of clothing from my Arctic DC bike ride. It is an incredibly beautiful place, where most of the hundreds of workers are very friendly immigrants from Asian and Caribbean countries. I’ve been eating there since before the hotel officially opened, and they have had the same mainly foreign born staff since day one.

On the other hand, Democrats apparently believe Haiti is a very nice place, and that immigrants would be better off there than the wonderful environment of President Trump’s hotel.

Climate alarmists are not good people, and skeptics who believe “we should all try to get along” – simply don’t understand what is happening.

A cold front is now a “wild temperature fluctuation” and a Nor’easter is now a “bomb cyclone.”

On this date 90 years ago. it was 82 degrees in Colorado, 84 in Oklahoma, 89 in Texas, 75 in Iowa and Indiana, 73 in Illinois and Virginia, and 71 in Ohio and West Virginia.

If we had temperatures like that now, 97% of climate scientists would be 100% certain it was proof of global warming.

January 1918 was third coldest on record in the US, after 2018 (so far) and 1977.

The UN brought Cholera to Haiti, then along with the Obama administration tried to cover up the catastrophe they created.

What caused Haiti’s cholera epidemic? The CDC’s museum knows but won’t say.

In other words, the UN, Obama and Hillary turned Haiti into a sh*thole. But the press tells us that there were no scandals during the Obama administration.

Climate alarmism can’t exist without a fundamental misinterpretation of ice core data, as seen in this exhibit at the National Center for Atmospheric Research.

Antarctic Ice core records show that historically there has been a close correlation between atmospheric CO2 and temperature. What NCAR doesn’t mention is that the relationship has broken down over the past century. There has been a large increase in atmospheric CO2, but no corresponding temperature spike in the ice core records.

In fact, the head of NASA’s climate studies reported in 2004 that Antarctic temperatures had cooled significantly. CO2 and temperatures have diverged.

What this tells us is that CO2 does not drive temperature. The relationship in the ice core records over the last 800,000 years is the exact opposite – temperature drives CO2.  An increase in temperature of 10C produces a change in atmospheric CO2 of ~100 PPM.  Every geologist and beer drinker knows this. As oceans warm, they outgas CO2 into the atmosphere.

Climate alarmism depends on putting the cart before the horse and misleading the public about this topic. This deception is essential for maintaining the climate scam, and was so important that Al Gore and Laurie David actually reversed the scale of the X-Axis in order to defraud children in her school textbook.

Her fraudulent graph made CO2 change before temperature, instead of the actual relationship which is the exact opposite.
