   Too funny. This ice illustrated on the cover is not conspicuously melting – just drifting and cracking. That’s what sea ice does all the time.

   Take a look at Al’s graph on p 60 of his little polar picture book. He shows sea level higher than today from about 800 – 1600 AD. I wonder what could’ve caused that?
