For the global warming movement this is considered proof that Elrich was right all along. Firstly it is “consistent with” an extreme food event. And if we use Mannian statistical techniques what is important is the slope of the trend, not the direction of the trend.
I’m sure I can see a hockey stick buried in there somewhere…………it’s just very hard to see behind all that data.
