I have read articles from a psychologist who specializes in a very special technique akin to “reading between the lines”. He claims that if you listen to things Obama says, using this technique, you can tell exactly what he really means by things he says and what his true intentions really are. This psychologist has stated several warnings about what Obama says. I would not be surprised if this psychologist would have a lot to say about Obama and his dictator fetish. These two examples you have posted here are not the only two. Not nearly so. Obama has made this very same statement on many occasions. I am convinced that he most certainly would like to be a dictator, if not actively working towards those ends.

In both cases he is using edgy wit to educate his frustrated bleeding heart supporters about how our government works as it creates policies guided by trusted experts and scientific organizations, whereas Nixon was falsely denying that he set in motion a team of election fraud cat burglers led by the same guy who raided the Harvard scientist Dr. Tim Leary’s private residence after hiding in the bushes for months. Until the IPCC, the Royal Society, and the likes of the American Physical Society finally come to their senses and inform the public that a mistake has been made in their defense of climatology, Obama is merely doing his job in addressing instead of ignoring CO2 apocalypse. That Republican anti-science instincts latched onto skepticism finally means massive policy disaster has already been averted, giving the US a major advantage over other Western nations.
What does Republican anti-science mean? Examples must be aplenty. We sure have thousands of examples (since you bring up political parties) of (D)emocratic Socialist anti-science, in fact if they ever even swerve into actual science it is entirely by accident.
And what did I miss in 1972? What election fraud was there, unless you mean the possibility that Massachusetts liberals stole the one state that Nixon didn’t win?
