Dr. Hans Ahlmann, climate alarmist. I doublechecked for a scanning or OCR error at Trove, and there is none. The newspaper reporter did write that “He said that temperatures in the Arctic had increased 10 deg. Fahrenheit since 1900”.! We have the 1940’s version of Mark Serreze here!
