The State Run Media is only emphasizing “above normal highs” in the south and northeast.
Record crushed in Grand Jct, with a -13, which is 15 degrees lower that the previous record.
Out here on the left coast, looking at a possible +10 this weekend (balmy, I know), but it would be a record for my backyard station. Predicting crushed daily and monthly records all over the U.S. for Dec. 2013.
