The frequency of 100 degree days in the US is near a record low, and has plummeted since the 1930s. The last really hot summer was 1980, with CO2 well below 350 PPM.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

It’s the polar vortex. Global warming is causing the cold polar air to expand and push south. Oh yeah, and George Bush
Based on?
This isn’t a pejorative challenge. But I’d like to be able to counter the “hottest June ever” crap with something more than sime gainsaying.
Try reading a bit more than just the headline – the second line contains the answer you seek.
No, sorry, giving a chart isn’t giving a source.
In your terms then, the source is the database of maximum temperatures at all USHCN stations.
Google search on: sime gainsaying.
Just sayin …

Right. Because attempting to post from my phone and not noticing the typo negates my entire query.
My error was inadvertent. Yours is one of logic.
Look, I had no idea what precisely your intention was. I gave you the benefit of the doubt and did a quick Google to maybe ‘clear things up’. I was surprised that Google returned anything at all.
If I had thought you were ‘an idiot’ you would have little doubt …
That was more than just a typo, by the way.
Warmists like to respond to something like this and say that it is “local”, and does not mean anything.
But, I found this on Tallbloke’s site:

I have noticed my pepper plants are growing VERY slow this year. What has been particularly unusual is even if the days are warm, the nights have been very cool. Almost fall-like cool. The peppers like it warm.
Strawberries and blueberries were about 3 weeks later than average this summer, about 100 miles west of DC.
My blueberries still aren’t ready yet…but I’m about 200 miles west of DC…and a bit higher, but they should be coming in about now.
Corn’s late…even the irrigated in Kansas.
The invasive species known as Couche’s Kingbirds * were late in showing up this year in del Norte Texas too … contrary to the assertions in bird books as to where they may be found, they appear north of Dallas, TX.
