Senate Republicans just lost a vote to force Obama to get any “climate” agreements ratified by the Senate.
If they were using their brains, they would have voted to force Obama to get any agreements ratified which limit the US energy supply. Obama is not doing anything about the climate. He is simply trashing our energy future.
As always, Republicans play right into the fraudulent rhetoric of the White House. This has nothing to do with climate.

One story had them allowing a Bernie Sanders amendment that stated the Senate agrees that Climate Conniption is real, not a hoax – supposedly passed 98-1 or so… with even Inhofe voting it in.. Now I assume this will be used before the SCOTUS to defend EPA regulations. The underlying bill was Keystone. They could have kept this nonsense out but allowed it in… “to let the Senate work as intended”…. F*ck that! This is war. They have no clue.
I didn’t read the text of the vote, and IANAL, but I heard Inhofe say that it basically confirmed that climate changes, but does not attribute it to man necessarily. It doesn’t say that “climate change” is catastrophic, either, I thought.

Republicans don’t understand the concept that controlling the language controls the debate.
It’s funny how climate gets combined with politics, but it happens all over the world. When talking about climate issues, how come do politicians that don’t even care about climate get into the discussion.
