   Yes, Joseph Stalin helped form the United Nations in OCT 1945 to end national boundaries so the whole globe would become like part of the USSR. Stalin helped design “The Great Social Experiment of 1945-2015?

   That is such a great paper. Back when CSIRO employed scientists, unlike now when they 97% of their employees are carpetbaggers and political hacks.
