This is a pattern of data tampering which has occurred all over the world. Since 2011, Gavin and Tom have cooled pre-1963 temperatures, and warmed post-1960 temperatures. The pattern of tampering is consistent and linearly increasing – a smoking gun that it has no validity. Random errors make bell shaped curves, not straight lines.
The purpose of this tampering is to create the appearance of warming in a non-warming world, as we now exceed 18 years of no warming.

One has to wonder how many others have had this treatment.
It is odd that when UHI effects are increasing across the globe, that all their adjustments are suggesting the opposite.

Misinformation-by-design to fit UN Agenda 21 better explains systematic distortions in temperature data than random incompetence.
They keep hoping that Mother nature will bail them out as they cannot keep adjusting the temperatures to fit their conclusion. But she denies them. I think she is getting a hearty laugh at their expense.

The most basic problem that I have with Gavin’s work is that he must realise that his thumb on the scales will only ever become more obvious. His only get out of jail free card is if there is a sudden upswing in global temperatures. Without that, the political decisions he is taking now will leave him out on a limb and you can guarantee that the politicians will feed him to the wolves when it suits them.
This Paraguay example is being given extensive coverage in the UK Daily Telegraph by Christopher Booker. Some similar UK and USA examples would be very effective at convincing a larger audience.
