The TOBS adjustment did not change between the 1990’s USHCN V1 and the current V2. They can’t use Time Of Observation Bias as an excuse for this data tampering.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

These ‘adjustments’ are easily explained. Just pick one or more of the following:
a) lying then, b) incompetent then, c) lying now, d) incompetent now.
You can add other attributes as appropriate.

What is their excuse for the massive temperature adjustments we’ve been seeing? Maybe GISS and NOAA are trying to redefine the two primary data points for calibrating thermometers. Instead of water freezing at 0 C, it’s now redefined at -1 C, and instead of turning to steam at 100 C, it’s now 99 C. Gets em where they wanna be.
The real crisis: The Big Cool is already starting.
And the Warmists are enforcing exactly the wrong preparations
