The One Who Must Not Be Named

Lots of press coverage coming out about evidence of temperature data tampering. But there is one researcher who must not be named. I used to ride the train from London to Cambridge frequently. It normally leaves King’s Cross on platform 9 or 10.

  1. Good picture. The facial expression says: “WTF?”

Over my head. This post might as well be written in Chinese to me!

My comment on a previous post is stuck in moderation, so I hope you don’t mind my asking again.

Why do they even publish the raw data? What would happen if they started only giving the adjusted data?

    • Ernest Bush says:

I fear you will find out soon enough.

    • The never publish graphs of the unadjusted data.

    • Neal S says:

Suppressing the raw data would make it even more obvious that they are doing wrong. It would in effect be an admission that the raw data could be harmful to their position. Hopefully, if the raw data were suppressed, there would be those who would pipe up and complain and point this out. After all, why suppress the raw data unless you have something to hide? As it is now, people have to use their heads and think about things and to the extent that few are willing to do so, the AGW myth continues.

On a Google news search for temperature data tampering I find this:

    Christopher Booker – The Telegraph

But I can’t say that I’m seeing lots of press coverage coming out about evidence of temperature data tampering. Unless you count the NFLs Inflategate.

    Any links?

    Ralph Cicerone, NAS President?

    • omanuel says:

He’s not really a researcher but as NAS President he has probably directed billions of dollars into promoting the false AGW fable.

    • omanuel says:

Ralph Cicerone claims to be a climatologist, and as President of the US NAS, he gets to review and make recommendations on budgets of federal research agencies for Congress.

Cicerone probably occupies the most influential position for directing federal funds to fraudulent science.

OH, I’ve seen you on the You Tube, and well, you’re better looking, and have a nice demeanor unlike the rather abrasive Mr. Hyde/Steven Goddard who inhabits cyber space.
