    Consider the source.

Hmm, my property in PA would be close to the ocean based off that graphic. But the property is 1312 ft. above sea level. If the ocean could reach there we would be in serious trouble and I think more of the US coast would be gone than just those few spots.

    Quotes:
“The only way to get our society to truly change is to frighten people with the possibility of a catastrophe.” -Daniel Botkin, ex Chair of Environmental Studies, UCSB
“We have to offer up scary scenarios… each of us has to decide the right balance between being effective and being honest.” -Stephen Schneider, lead ipcc author, 1989
“Unless we announce disasters no one will listen.” -Sir John Houghton, first ipcc chairman
“Entire nations could be wiped off the face of the Earth by rising sea levels if the global warming trend is not reversed by the year 2000. Coastal flooding and crop failures would create an exodus of eco-refugees, threatening political chaos.” -Noel Brown, ex UNEP Director, 1989
“[in twenty years (2008)] the West Side Highway [and thus much of Manhattan] will be under water.” -James Hansen, 1988, NASA
“In ten years all important animal life in the sea will be extinct. Large areas of coastline will have to be evacuated because of the stench of dead fish.” -Paul Ehrlich, Earth Day 1970
“I sometimes wish that we could have… a lot of horrid things happening – you know, like tornadoes in the Midwest and so forth — that would get people very concerned about climate change.” -Nobel laureate Thomas Schelling
“It’s time for climate change deniers to have their opinions forcibly tattooed on their bodies. Not necessarily on the forehead; I’m a reasonable man. Just something along their arm or across their chests.” -leftist Richard Glover, Sydney Morning Herald, 2011
“We have to undertake an aggressive program to go after those who are among the deniers.” -ex senator Tim Wirth, 2011
“I’m prepared to keep an open mind and propose another stunt for climate sceptics – put your strong views to the test by exposing yourselves to high concentrations of either carbon dioxide or some other colourless, odourless gas – say, carbon monoxide.” -Jill Singer, Australian Ecojournalist
We’ve had 18 years of no warming, their climate models have ALL failed, and none of their endless fear mongering has ever come true. Yet they continue to go propose brutal treatment and even death for skeptics. It’s time to turn the tables.

Hey why’d drown SE Arizona??? We just elected Martha McSally (R), beating Ron “nitwit” Barber (D).

At any rate, with Minnesota, we’re stills stuck with arguably the dumbest Senator in Congresss, Al Franken.

Some rarely-noted tide gauge trends to consider:
    • Bain, Newfoundland and Labrador: sea level falling 2.02mm/year
    • Churchill, Manitoba: sea level falling 9.48mm/year
    • Kodiak Island, AK: sea level falling 11.05mm/year
    • Yakutat, AK: sea level falling 14.56mm/year
    • Skagway, AK: sea level falling 17.59mm/year

The coast of Alaska is rising from tectonic activity. Meanwhile, the land under Hudson Bay and eastward to Bain and Baffin Island is rising from glacial rebound. In some places, Hudson Bay coastline has receded almost 20 miles over the last 1,000 years. Land at Bain is rising 3.97mm/year. Land at Churchill is rising 10.35mm/year. Hudson Bay may eventually shrink to a river that flows into the Labrador Sea.

Will New Jersey and Rhode Island sink enough to make room for all that displaced water?
