I was talking with one of my daughters just before I clicked here. She had an original thought but I showed her that Mark Twain is on record saying it over 130 years ago.
When I saw this I immediately recalled Ecclesiastes

People who do not know what a woman is
but know how the climate will be in 50 years deserve every Phd they can get.
Especially those who declared the end of permafrost in Siberia(and its melting still hasn’t materialized into sea level rise just as all other global melting.) and that western Siberia is warming faster than everywhere else in the world.
Even faster than those regions that warm 2-3x faster than everywhere else.
And that Siberia has warmed 3 degrees in the last 40 years.
He stated this in 2005 = Siberia was heating up during all of the ice age scare(the young Viner most probably believed in.)
The problem with Siberia warming the fastest on earth
is that Alaska is also warming the fastest on earth(3 or 4x faster,depending on which liar one asks).
The other fastest warming places on earth are Svalbard(7 faster),Longyearbyen etc.
It’s like boxing with several different organisations.
And every single one of them has the only real heavyweightchampion.
And Viner is one of the corrupt judges – with a Phd.
