Since 2000 or so the temp rise seems to have stalled, but the CO2 is inexorably going up. Want to add some magical process to the CO2 uber alles explanation. What a wasste of time

Historic temperature records in Greenland should be eye opening as biological records from there show variations in the temperatures there over the last 400,000 years. They also show we are currently cooler than the average for this interglacial period and trending towards cooling to the next glacial maximum.
The whole incestuous “pal review” system is nonsense. They all play for the same team, where everyone is using the same playbook, which basically says “we have been greatly benefited from the AGW propaganda and stand to gain a lot more money and power if we can implement our agenda.”
Naturally the 1981-2010 normals are going to increase, because that time period finally gets rid of the cold 1970’s. The normals went down significantly when the cold 1960’s and 1970’s were factored in, they were bound to rise once those cold decades were factored out.
