As CO2 has increased, the number of F3-F5 tornadoes has decreased. Extrapolating the trend, we can see that at 480 ppm there would be zero severe tornadoes.

Off-topic, but extremely cool tip …

Herve Attia’s Channel on YouTube, a film-maker with:

*** On The Set – Visits to Locations of Famous Movies ***

There is quite a list: Conan, Ghostbusters, The Shining, Planet of the Apes, American Werewolf in London, The Good the Bad and the Ugly, Poltergeist, For a Few Dollars More, Rambo, Superman 1978, Blade Runner, Close Encounters, The Exorcist, Terminator(s), Dirty Harry, Die Hard (and more).

They go to extraordinary lengths to visit the actual locations and re-create iconic scenes. Comparison split screens, background info, interviews, custom special effects (merging different movies, splicing themselves into scenes), the works.

Here are some of the projects they have in production: The Fog, The Thing, Groundhog Day, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Home Alone, Christine, Lost Boys, Back to the Future, Star Wars, Wargames, etc.

I’ve already viewed and highly recommend: Planet Of The Apes, An American Werewolf in London, The Shining, Terminator, T2, The Good the Bad and the Ugly, Poltergeist and Rambo and all I can say is holy crap! (Note that Die Hard was a failure because they were turned away at the door.)

Here is the direct link to Planet of the Apes. The water in Lake Powell is much lower in 1968. Skip to 08:10 for Malibu beach scene sea level comparisons. It will remind you of the California animated morph that Steve has …

This comment is just to flag Steve so that he definitely sees my previous post.

[Steve, you need a tips thread or email address]

But this was the worst tornado season EVER. 1953 and 1925 took place before humans had the omputing capacity to count bodies, so they don’t count.

REAL History started in 1979! Anything before that is Prehistoric anecdotal ramblings! 8)
The preceding was a climatology consensus and pear reviewed! 😉 I picked up a couple of pears yesterday at the market and had them look it over!
