If you are a high school student and you wear an NRA T-shirt, you go to jail.
If you are a six year old girl and you own a plastic bubble gun, you get suspended from school and your parents get a visit from the police.
If you are a decorated war veteran and you carry a rifle down a country road with your son, you go to jail.
If you are a stupid policeman chasing an evil policeman, and you fire 30 times at a truck which has nothing to do with the situation, striking a 71 year old woman twice in the back – you suffer no consequences and money confiscated from taxpayers is used to bail you out.
