Term Limits

They don’t know that we know they know we know…you can see it in their eyes.
😀
Tweedledum and Tweedledee
Possibly a Tweedle-dumber in there as well
Yes.
As I saw somewhere today: Two terms, the first in office, the second in prison. Sounds about right.
Amen to that.
Illinois Governor’s motto.
Damn them all!
That was too harsh, sorry……Send their butts home
Here’s another approach: Just say no to two CONSECUTIVE terms. Why? Because Congress critters spend way too much time campaigning and fund-raising for re-election, and precious little time RTF bills that they are supposed to be informed about, before voting yeh or nay. The Larry Variation on term limits would encourage them to sort out their priorities. Congress (and the general public) would still have the advantage of experienced legislators.
Advantage#2: Even in solidly Tweedledum (or Tweedledum) districts or states, there would be healthful intra-party competition in the primaries. A typical voter would be in a position to make a more informed choice between nonincumbent Rascal A and nonincumbent Rascal B within his own party.
Two words as to why we don’t have term limits for the House and the Senate from many states: Anthony Kennedy.
Who is also the homosexual communities ‘swing’ vote.
Neoprene wallpaper, high tensile non-opening venetians, bulk-buy thorazine, locks welded shut, DNR.
The pathetic weakness of those faces; the dissipation, that flaccid pallor of the surface betrays the wreckage that evil brings to the human soul.
These are not men. These are human parasites–sociopaths, the tapeworms of the primate world.
