Two years ago the Potomac was frozen solid in Washington DC on March 7, for the first time since the 18th century. It was one of the coldest Februaries on record on the East Coast. 2014 was also a top ten cold February in the US. These scamsters need to be exposed and humiliated. Their lies are simply pathetic.
