3. Trump wants to divide America, because he wants to make it easier to enforce existing immigration laws by building a wall along the border.
4. Progressives hate guns and walls, unless the guns and walls are protecting Democratic politicians.
5. Climate change is such an important issue, it supersedes the Bill of Rights.

The heatwave of 2016 has been notable in that so far this summer the area of the US to reach 100F (38C) has been the lowest on record. During the 1930’s, more than 70% of the US reached 100F every year, but now less than 30% of the US typically reaches 100F

During 1936, only New England and Florida were spared 100 degree weather.

More than 20% of US stations set their all-time record maximum temperature during 1936.

Government climate scientists say that hot days are becoming more common in the US, because they are paid to push political agendas by politicians in Washington DC.

Climate scientists often say that a very heavy point rainfall is a 1,000 year event, even though very heavy rainfalls occur quite often. The odds of any one location receiving a very heavy rain during the course of a year may be small, but the odds of some location receiving a very heavy rain are pretty high. Scientists then run to that location, call it a thousand year rainfall, and blame you.

Our friends are parked waiting for the ice to melt in the Northeast Passage.

At current melt rates, it will be at least 10 weeks before the Northeast Passage opens. But the sun is getting lower every day and melt rates will start dropping in the next week or two.

There is very thick ice (1.5m) along the shoreline which they hope to traverse.

After years of research, I have discovered that droughts are always followed by wet periods, and wet periods are always followed by drought.

Jerry Brown says that the dry weather (which is contained inside the California state line) is caused by Donald Trump induced global warming.

And of course in 1977, the drought was due to global cooling.  Must have been Jimmy Carter’s fault.

Experts say that melting glaciers in Alaska are a sign of man-made climate change. They say this because they don’t know anything about climate. Alaskan glaciers were melting in 1935.

There is no indication that Alaskan glacier melting has anything to do with humans, but that is what politicians want to hear – so scientists simply make stuff up.

Here is a clip of Sigourney Weaver poignantly talking about the Texas and Kansas drought which is happening “right now”, and how it is caused by “climate change” and is putting farmers and ranchers out of business. Only problem is. everything she said was untrue and the exact opposite of reality..

There isn’t any drought in Kansas or Texas. Most of Texas is considered “Extremely moist” right now.

Kansas is also much wetter than normal, and has been for most of the last 50 years.

Everything that Sigourney Weaver said in this clip was a complete nonsense. There is no drought in Texas or Kansas. Farmers are not having problems growing crops, and droughts used to be much worse in Texas and Kansas.

Did Sigourney never watch The Wizard of Oz or read The Grapes of Wrath? But then again why would her speech be any different than all the other lies at the convention?

According to NASA, 1913 was one of the coldest years ever, with very low levels of CO2.

That very cold year brought the hottest (official) temperature ever recorded on Earth, 134 degrees in California.

On this date in 1913, the US had 100 degree weather from California to New Jersey, and from Texas to North Dakota.  Oklahoma City was 111 degrees. Numerous locations in Illinois and Indiana were 108 degrees. Arkansas, Arizona, California, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, and West Virginia all recorded temperatures over 100 F on that date.

Weather this hot is inconceivable now, so climate alarmists instead use the heat index, climate models, and simply lie about the climate at every opportunity.
