The Arctic rowers stuck at Barrow are complaining that the ice-free claims they are being told are incorrect. There is lots of ice blocking Barrow now, and it is not showing up in anyone’s maps – other than Environment Canada.
The fraudsters at the University of Bremen think the Arctic is almost ice free.
The bike trails here in Fort Collins are packed with commuters, and we are also the thinnest state.
By contrast, in Columbia, Maryland I spent 2-3 hours a day on high quality dedicated bike trails, and maybe saw a dozen other cyclists over a period of six months.

Mississippi fattest, Colorado thinnest in new federal obesity statistics
Ready for this one? Americans are fat. More accurate, Americans are still fat.
The federal government released its “obesity map” on Monday, outlining the rates of obesity and how rates in the states compare. Colorado gets the svelte bragging rights, with 20.7% of its adults obese. At the other end of the scale is Mississippi, with a rate of 34.9%.

From looking at satellite ice maps, you would think that there is essentially no ice in the Chukchi or Beaufort Seas.
The people who actually live there, and the rowers who are stuck in Barrow say differently.
NOAA and GISS reached a tipping point this month, having defiled US history by claiming that the heat and drought of 2012 is worse than the 1930s. This is an abomination of an important part of US history, and it is being performed with taxpayer funds.
I consider the scoundrels behind this propaganda to be the equivalent of book burners in 1930s Germany.

Days over 100 degrees used to be very common in Fayette, Iowa – but they almost never happen any more. There are no 100 degree readings above 350 ppm CO2.

Like in Wisconsin, the measured data shows a steep cooling trend of several degrees since the 1930s
But the published (tampered) data shows a warming trend.
Apparently all the observers in the 1930s were teleconnected to record 100 degree temperatures which didn’t actually happen. The Dust Bowl was just a figment of the public’s imagination. James Hansen and Tom Karl retroactively know better than an entire nation of people who lived through the 1930s -since they started defrauding us around the year 2000. TOBS absolutely can not explain the 100 degree readings.
It looks like someone bumped the camera, giving us a more expansive view of the unprecedented -15C summer meltdown.
Lancaster, Wisconsin used to have very hot summers. Days over 100 degrees used to be very common until 1940, and days over 95 degrees used to be very common until 1990.
From 1996 to 2011, there were no days over 95 degrees.

Suffice it to say, Lancaster, Wisconsin used to be much hotter. The raw data shows two to three degrees cooling since the 1930s.
But after NOAA is done tampering with the data, this is what they publish – a warming trend :
If anyone in industry did this, they would likely be prosecuted for fraud.
