I drove down to New Mexico to see my parents yesterday, and took a couple of short hikes with my little buddies on the way. Temperatures were about 30 degrees warmer on the other side of the Front Range.
Today I am going to hike with my dad through the burn area from the 2010 Los Alamos fire. I will post pictures later showing how fire restores the forest, and why my little climate wrecking mutts have higher IQs than climate alarmists.
Temps in eastern Colorado so far this month have averaged way below normal, while western CO has averaged quite a bit above normal.
temps here in phoenix have been i guess normal!! fly back to canada tomorrow…
That’s more my speed. Bikes are nice, but nothing beats a pair of good boots.
