   To make life safer, all knife blades should be reduced in size to be no larger than 2 inch box cutter blades. That should do it.

   As an amateur foodie, I would find them maddening to work with. You can have my Lamson Sharps and Wusthofs when you pry them from my cold (and likely slightly greasy) hands!

     It would take about 60 seconds to sharpen the tip of that knife, but criminals would never do that.
